He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Earl and Virginia Bella Bowen (Long); and his siblings, Patricia Chance and Steve Edgington. He is survived by: his wife Linda Lou Bowen (Webster); his children, Debra Guisinger, Michael Bowen (Lori), Thomas Bowen and Kimberly Sutton; and his brother Mike Edgington (Nancy). He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; several great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
