It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jack Wayne Moore Sr. of Jeffersonville, Ohio, born in Sandy Hook, Kentucky, who passed away on October 27, 2024, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Moore and Margaret Moore (Cummings); and his siblings, Mary Yocum, Phyllis Hill, Donny and Bill Moore.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy Moore (Boysel); his sons, Greg Moore (Jaime Graham) of Beavercreek, Richard Loyd III of Jeffersonville and Jack Moore, Jr. (Nicole) of Columbus; and his grandchildren, Madison Moore (Kaleb Finkbeiner), Marissa Moore and Shelby Holbrook. He is also survived by many extended family members and his many friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Roberts Funeral Home & Cremation Services (509 Washington Ave, Washington Court House, OH 43160). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
