She is survived by: her children, Tonie Hampton (Charles), Tia Turner (Mark), Terina Smith, Toyia Watts (J. R.), James A. Smith III and Scott Smith (Kim); her siblings, Thomas Scott and Maxine Gilham (Harry); her sister-in-law Jerry Lee Woodson; and her grandchildren, Shawn Hampton (Julie), Bradley Hampton, Brian Hampton (Christine), Mark Turner II, Robin Turner, Jason Turner, Christian Smith, Dominique Smith (Amy), Alexis Smith, Skyler Smith, Chacy Smith, Jr., Nia Michael, Bryce Smith, Sanaa Smith, Alysha Watts and Joshua Watts. She is also survived by 15 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
