He was predeceased by: his wife Marcella Jane Leach Clay; and his brothers, Kenny Clay, Gary Clay and Bobby Clay. He is survived by: his son Michael Clay (Ragene Adams) of Frankfort; his siblings, Wanda McCarty of Washington and Ronald Clay (Judy) of Washington; his grandchildren, Scot Myrick (Nicole) of Miamisburg, Trisha Wilken (Doug) of Lynchburg and Joshua Weddel (Julie) of Leesburg; and his great grandchildren, Raymond Myrick, Austin, Autumn Wilken, Hadley and Kayslee Weddel.
