He is survived by: his mother Rita Hodge (Colt); his wife Heather Osborne; his children, Rachel (Kevan Gray), Taylor and Trent; his grandson Brently Spangler; his stepfather Tim Pasbrig; his mother-in-law Dianne Osborne; his stepmother Cindi Hodge; his siblings, Joseph Hodge III and Jessica Brown (Robert); his stepsiblings, Dina Hines, Mike Russell, Christine Hamilton (Sam) and Shawn Pasbrig; and his brother-in-law Shawn Osborne (Kris). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions can be made in Jerry's name to the Ashtabula Co. M.H.& R.S. Suicide Prevention Coalition; envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
