He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore A. Hill and Frances Hill; and his brother Albert "Skip" Hill. He is survived by: his wife Edith E. Hill; and his daughters, Natalie Zee, Michelle Fry, Nicole Varkett, Amanda Hill and Melinda Schovall. He is also survived by his ten grandchildren and his five great, grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Will's name to The Biscotti Shop, 43 West Walnut Street in Jefferson.
