She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Paul and Margaret Luella Crowell Ford; her husband Dale Miller Donelson; and her siblings, Leon Ford, David Ford and Dorothy McBride.
She is survived by: her children, DeeAnn Sechrist of Louisville, KY and Brian Donelson of Butler, PA; and her sister Marjorie Baker of Ashland. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren.
