He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Kelsey and Dorothy Kelsey (Rood); his wife Margie Kelsey; and his brothers, Gary and Jerry.
He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Kelsey, Joseph Kelsey, Tracy Kelsey and Ronald Parnell; his grandchildren, Mikia, Aliyah, Daniella, Jenna, Amelia, Allison, Megan, Sarah, Erika, Amber, Adrianna of Joseph, Melissa, Richard, Mary and Sara; and his siblings, Tina Hackathorn, Debbie Hurst, Gene Kelsey (Betty) and Larry Kelsey (Ruth). He is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Fleming & Billman Funeral Directors (49 W Jefferson St, Jefferson, OH 44047). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. The military honors was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Greenlawn Memory Gardens (3140 E Center St, Conneaut, OH 44068).
