He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Levert; his children, Rickey Jackson (Clarissa), Larry Jackson, Ronald Carter (Kim), Melvia Carter, Raymond Carter (Dawn), Marcia Gonzales (David), Rhonda David (Jonathan) and Marcus Carter; his grandchildren, Paige Clark, Kourtney Norris (John), Micah Carter, Damian Gonzales, Jezzamae Carter, Tiahna Verschoor, Airalyn Verschoor and Carmella David; and his siblings, Jacqueline Keenon and Greg Draft (Rosalind).
