He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Norris and Bessie Norris (Faylor); his daughters, Wendy Wise of Jefferson, Bonnie Norris of Jefferson and Tammy Norris of Jefferson; his brothers, Marvin, Theodore and David Norris; and his grandson Brandon Norris.
He is survived by: his wife Susanna Norris (DiDonato); and his daughters, Amy Yopp (David) of Ashtabula and Pamela Reid (Winston) of Dickinson, TX. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and 22 great-grandchildren.
Robert was a man with an immense sense of charity and giving.
