He is survived by: his wife Sarah; his children, Shelly Heuman (Bob), Kevin Gephart (Sondra) and R. Scott Gephart (Michelle); his grandchildren, Paige, Bobby, Derek, Rachael and Chelsie; his great grandchild Raegan; and his brother Robert Gephart (Carolyn). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
