Kelsey (Robert Ginn) of Jefferson; her stepson Ronald Parnell (Loretta Doss) of Geneva; and her siblings, David Artman of Ashtabula, Melvin Artman (Judy) of Kingsville and Louise Peck of Saybrook Twp. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
