She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Hayes and Goldie Hayes (Phillips); her husband Maynard S. Lillie; her son-in-law Stephen Kanack; her great grandchild Tyler Millard; and her siblings, Laura Richmond, Hazel Jack, Vera Shepard, Vernon and Charles Hayes, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Patricia A. Kanack of Sheffield Twp, Pamela L. West (Theodore) of Jefferson and Duane "Sid" S. Lillie (Sharon) of Sheffield Twp; her grandchildren, Jon Glotzbecker (Stephanie), Lynne Millard (Scott), Heather Stoltz (Jon), Jerrod Lewis, Christopher Lynagh (Jenna) and Andrew "A. J."; her great grandchildren, Sydney, Emily Millard, Nicholas, Morgan Stoltz, Claire and Danielle Glotzbecker; and her brother Dale Hayes (Holly).
