We are sad to announce that on July 10, 2023, at the age of 87, Leroy Peters (Jefferson, Ohio), born in Albion, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Peters and Ruby Peters (Barton); his stepfather Clarence Spore; and his son Kenneth Peters, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Hines Mills; his children, Debra Burke (Scott), Dora (Joe Papotta), Roxanne Whitney (Glen), Daniel (Bonnie), Kim Peters (Kenneth Sr), Joseph (Lori), Randall, Douglas and Lawrence Mills (Jodi); and his siblings, Helen DiAsio, Nyla Warner, Norlene Toth, Ronald, Richard and Howard Spore.
In lieu of flowers, the family would like donations directed to Saybrook Landing Health and Rehabilitation Activities or Physical Therapy Dept at 2300 Center Rd., Ashtabula, Ohio, 44004 as a thank you to kind and loving staff.
