He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Bailin Ford and Rosalee Ford (Tatum); his wife Ethel Mae Foster; his children, Diane of Tampa, FL, Larry Foster of Tampa, FL, Leonard Foster, Jr. of Jefferson, Cornell Foster of Tampa, FL and Jeffrey Foster of Ravenna; his siblings, Larry, Ed, Brenda, Jean, Sadie and Anthony; and his children, Willard and Renee. He was also cherished by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
