He was predeceased by: his parents, Alta Pettit Parker and John P. Parker, Sr.; and his siblings, Elmore, Dale, Wayne and Mary (Griffin).
He is survived by: his former wife Frances Patrick; his daughters, Jill Parker Carter (Kevin Carter) of Bel Air, MD and Joy Marie Parker (Freddie Weisberg) of Minneapolis, MN.; his grandchildren, Molly Elizabeth Carter of Boston, MA and Patrick John Carter of New York, NY; his wife Betty Keep; and his children, Dave Keep (Diane) of Dorset, OH, Dan Keep (Pam) of Dorset, OH, Teresa Wludyga of Willoughby, OH and Dale Keep (Diane) of Jefferson, OH. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, and sixteen great-grandchildren.
