He is survived by: his children, Paula Kampf of Cleveland, John Kampf of Jefferson, Seanna Butler of Jefferson, Lauren Mathews (Michael) of Warren, Erin Melillo (Frank) of Warren, Brian Clark (Cindy) of Rock Hill, S. C., Kelly Rittberger (Tom) of Indian Trail, N. C., Brett Clark (Amanda) of Jefferson, Amanda Glavickas (Johnny) of Orwell, Ryan Walters (Celeste) of Ashtabula and Amber Walters of Cuyahoga Falls.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Jefferson United Methodist Church, the Ashtabula County Holstein Club and the Grand Valley Athletic Department.
