She was predeceased by: her parents, John M. Butch and Jennie F. Butch (Ashley); and her siblings, James Butch and Helen Dubil. She is survived by: her children, Karen Kovach, Columbus, Ken Kovach (Barbara), Jefferson and Krisi Velliquette; and her brother Edward H. Butch (Sandra).
