He is survived by: his wife Virginia L. Ludwick (Parnell); his children, John E. Ludwick, Michael A. Ludwick (Kristen), Virginia A. Nelson, Jamie C. Costella (Dennis), Shelby Shallenberger and Penny J. Crowe; and his siblings, Laura, Henry, Robert, Ray, Rachel, Ruth and Marion.
