Radabaugh (Marshall); his brother Frank Radabaugh, Jr.; his brothers-in-law, William Parrish and Richard Border; and his nieces and nephews, David, Mitchell Parrish, Doreen Rogers (Radabaugh) and Darlene J. Radabaugh.
He is survived by: his daughters, Michelle Dunaway (John McWilliams) of Berea, KY and Marsha Starkey (Douglas) of Andover, Ohio; his grandsons, Zachary and Andrew Jackson "A. J."; his great grandchildren, Wyatt, Colton Strauser and Delphia Starkey; his sisters, Betty Marie Border of Waldo, FL and Edna Parrish of Dade City, FL; and his parents-in-law, Mona Radabaugh of Thompson, James Marshall, Jr. of Panama City, FL and Michael Marshall of Zephyrhills, FL.. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces and extended family.
