He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy E. and Bertha Blaney (Fahlsing); and his brothers, Lewis and Frank Blaney. He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. Harnist; his sons, Ronald E. Blaney (Diane) of Canfield, Jerry L. Blaney (Barbara) of Anderson, SC and Rodney E. Blaney (Nicole) of Ashtabula; his grandchildren, Caitlin Botting (Alex), Ryan Blaney (Caitlin), Christopher Blaney (Carrisa), Mackenzie, Dustin, Joshua and Rylen; his great grandchild Samuel Botting; and his siblings, Grace Watkins of Greer, SC, Kenneth Blaney of Eastlake and Carl Blaney Bangor (Linda).
