She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Lemish and Elizabeth Lemish (Vegruatasky); her husband William J. Zack, Jr.; her children, William III and Diana Zack; and her granddaughter Melanie Zack.
She is survived by: her son Richard A. Zack (Pamela) of Jefferson; her daughter-in-law Valerie L. Zack of Shawboro, NC; her grandchildren, Kevin, Amber, Laura, William IV, Ashley, Jacob, Abigail, Adrienne, Tracy and Rita; and her great grandchildren, Jordan, Kassie, Braydon and Bradley.
