He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Adkins and Margaret Kerosky (Smutko); his wife Annelle Walton; his daughter Beth Adkins; and his pet Precious.
He is survived by: his children, Lynne Miner (Bob), Julie MacKellar (Jerry), Jessica Ferguson (Walter), Curtis Crupe (Lexi) and Robert Crupe; and his siblings, Donna Borowski (Jerry), Linda Wheeler (Ken), Jim Adkins (Karen), Debra Hare (Chris), Kenny Adkins (Jenny) and Tammy Hamrick (Dave). He is also survived by many grandchildren; several great-grandchildren.
