She was predeceased by: her parents, William F. Spicer and Lillian Spicer (Wilson); her husband Dan Chandler; her stepfather Calvin Hatch; and her stepson Greg Chandler.
She is survived by: her children, Tracy Stowers (Keith) and Lloyd Brown (Amber); her grandchildren, Adam Chandler, Justin Stowers (Brooke), Cory Brown (Freya), Emily Stowers, Lauren Ania, Morgan Campbell and Abigail Anderson; her great grandchildren, Sophia and Julia Stowers; and her sisters, Brenda Locke and Sally Stevenson (John). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions can be made in her name to Hospice of the Western Reserve, the Jefferson Rescue Squad or St. Jude's Children Hospital.
