She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley D. Stanford and Martha Marie Stanford (Lightfoot); and her husband James L. Smalley. She is survived by: her sons, James D. Smalley (Clara) of Wilmington and Jeff Smalley (Dalia) of West Chester; her grandchildren, Jamie Conley-Day (Tyler) of New Vienna, Christian Smalley-Perez of West Chester, Katia Perez of West Chester, Kimberly Perez of West Chester, Christopher Clark of New Vienna, Carrie Clark of New Vienna and Clairissa Clark of Port William; and her great grandchildren, Koen, Allie, Willow, Korra, Brantley, Axel, Mazie, Maverick, Marlene and Tylee Marie.
