She is survived by: her former husband Tim Johnson; her husband Shawnee Hills Baptist Church; her daughter Lindsey Vivas (Abraham); her grandchildren, Liliana, Lucy Grace and Layla; her sister Donna Duffee of Lees Summit; her nephew Mark Womack (Amy) of Cedarville; and her nieces, Carla LeMaster (Todd) of Jamestown and Marcia Womack of Churubusco, Indiana..
