She is survived by: her husband David; her daughters, Kasey Otto (Cyrus), Karen Chapman (Michael Hirschbach) and Kim Chapman (Justin "Jake" Brooks); her grandchildren, Kollyn, Carter, Delaney, Aiden and Briggs; and her siblings, Billie Jo Vance (Doug), Jonna Frankart (Gary), Bobbie Lovvorn (Albert), Mike Couch (Missy), Jeff Couch and Charlie Couch (Ina). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and special friends.
