He is survived by: his parents, Karen Mellotte (Sams) and Ronald Mellotte (Sheila Savage); his daughter Kaylyn Dailey; his sisters, Melisa Cartwright (Drew) of Fairborn and Laura Mellotte (Rick Sutton) of Jamestown; his nieces, Mackenzie, Morgan Cartwright, Gabby and Bella Sutton; and his cousin Jason Waggoner. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, family members and friends.
