She was predeceased by: her parents, Wiley Rothwell and Lucy Olive Rothwell (Copas); her husband Everett C. Hughes, Jr.; and her siblings, Olive Warden, Mary Bowermaster, Harley, Ralph, Clark, Chester, David, Earl and Ray Rothwell.
She is survived by: her children, Melody Kearns (William) of Jamestown, Donald E. Hughes (Dani) of Xenia and Robert W. Hughes (Sue) of Jamestown; her brother Kenneth Carl Rothwell (Marcella); her grandchildren, Shane Harphant (Michelle), Scott Harphant (Becky), Megan Ferrell (Nick) and Hunter Hughes; her great grandchildren, Riley, Emma and Rhett; and her sister-in-law Jody Rothwell. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and many friends.
