He was predeceased by: his uncle Gary Madewell. He is survived by: his parents, Ralph Muterspaw and Carolyn Muterspaw; his children, Danielle Darnell (Josh), Colton Muterspaw and Chase Muterspaw; his grandchildren, Orion and Ethan Darnell; his sister Melissa Fife (Joe); his niece Emma; and his nephew Cory Fife. He is also survived by many other friends and family.
