He is survived by: his brothers, David Dean (Julie) and Tom (Lisa); his sons, Sam Dean IV, Aaron Dean and Bill Dean; his daughter-in-law Cindy Dean; and his grandchildren, Brooklynn (Josh), Makayla (Will) and Luke Dean (Makayela).
