She is survived by: her children, Skip (Michele), Steve, Randy Applegate (Karen) and Leana Hodges; her grandchildren, Michele Richardson (David), Jeromy Applegate, Randi Lee Eavers (Steven), Tommy Hodges (Nikki), Lindsey Reed (Tyler), Chance Applegate, Trisha Menelly (Chris), Sara Howard (Adam), Jennifer Musselwhite (Jody) and Samantha Applegate; her great grandchildren, Brittany, Shelby, Seth Richardson, Macey, Layne, Kami Applegate, Katlynn Eavers, Dallas Eavers, Austin, Brayden, Jayden Applegate, Logan Reed and Preston Reed; her grandchildren, Jase Hodges and Peyton Hodges; and her sister Wanda Reed. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
