He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert Fowler and Mary Johnson Fowler; his son Nathaniel; his grandson Jeremy; and his grandparents, Fred, Beula Fowler, Leslie and Golda Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Susan LeMasters Fowler; his daughters, Angela Kelly (Dan) and Christine Neville; his grandchildren, Megan Benchic (Christopher), Victoria Williamson, Tiffany Neville, Daniel Kelly (Malana) and Ty Kelly; his great grandchild Danika; his siblings, Tom Fowler (Rene) and Barbara Fowler; and his mother-in-law Hazel Lemasters.
Memorial contributions, in lieu of flowers, would be appreciated to Port William Lumberton Senior Center and the Jamestown Church of Christ.
