He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Boyer and Esther Hare Boyer; his wife Lorraine Baker Boyer; his son Jeffrey Boyer; and his siblings, Robert Boyer, Betty Wolfe, Winona Miller and Shirley Zink.
He is survived by: his daughter Linda; his children-in-law, Jim Fliehman and Judy Boyer; his grandchildren, Sean Fliehman (Kim), Brian Fliehman (Stephanie), Aaron Fliehman, Ben Boyer (Melissa), Nate Boyer (Mandi), Joe Boyer (Brooke), Esther Garret (Seth), Elizabeth Allen (Lacoy), James Boyer, Naomi Kaiser (Jacob) and Joshua Boyer; his great grandchildren, Lily, Amelia, Violet, Conner, Daphne, Maddie, Sylvie, Elijah and Adalie; and his sister-in-law Jane Boyer.
