He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Blakely and Ruth Blakely (Jefferies) of Xenia, Ohio.; his sister Joann Osborne; his half-sisters, Helen Ratliff and Flossie Baxley; his brother Joseph; and his son Brian.
He is survived by: his wife Roberta Blakely (Coblentz); his children, Jon Blakely (Vickie), Tammy White (Kevin) and Tina Blakely (Daniel Henderson); his brother Clarence Blakely; his grandchildren, Jonna Blakely, Joscelyn White, Alex Blakely, Aubrey Prechtl, Shelby White, Gage White and Cody White; and his great grandchild Kiera Turner.
