He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Hartman and Irma Jean Hartman (Redman); and his stepfather Lawrence Schafer. He is survived by: his wife Karen Hartman (McNeely); his children, Reneé Hatert of Centerville, Craig Hartman (Bonnie) of South Charleton, Anthony McNeely (Melissa) of New Jersey, Michelle Fais (Josh) of Centerville, Cheryl Bryan (Devon) of Xenia and Elizabeth Morrison of Jamestown; his siblings, Janet Fetters (Bob) of Chillicothe and Michael Hartman (Marcia) of Jamestown; and his nephews, Ryan Hartman (Deanna) of Georgia and Josh Hartman of Springboro. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; one great grandchild, several cousins and in-laws; many friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Shawnee Hills Baptist Church (3490 Jasper Rd, Jamestown, OH 45335). A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
