He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Clarence Loxley and Georgia Loxley (Shields); his brother Tom Loxley; his wife Dolores Loxley (Moore); his children, Tim Loxley (Jackie) of Cresson, PA and Tawyna Pruitt (Dan) of Jamestown, OH; his mother-in-law Alberta Smith of Cooksville, TN; his grandchildren, Nick Loxley, Tim Loxley (Rebecca), John Loxley, Joshewa Fishwild (Tara), Heather Engle (Andy) and James Giesseman; and his siblings, Sharon Bishop of Ripley, OH and Ron Loxley of Miamisburg, OH.. He was also cherished by 7 great grandchildren.
