She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Simpson and Eva Henderson Arehart; her husband Kenneth 'Lee Cox; and her daughter Shana Gail Cox. She is survived by: her children, Bobbi Jo Piner (Cecil), Karri Mae Thompson (Josh), Teri Chagoya (Juvie), Pam Crum, Wylie Crum, Kevin Wilson (Melinda) and Kenny Cox (Tonya); and her siblings, Thelma Funk (late Bill), Carla Tackett, Debbie Hansen (John) and Terry Wilson (Melissa). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
