He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Russell, Emma Jean Hughes, Dean, Ruth LeFevre, Roland Hagler and Mary Pat Mangan.
He is survived by: his parents, David and Marta LeFevre (Hughes); his siblings, Jinnifer (Hagler), Jim Daugherty, Todd and Mark LeFevre; his nephews, Tyler, Wyatt, Jacob, Eli Daugherty and Kaleb LeFevre; his niece Erika Boone (LeFevre); his grandparents, Joan Hagler and Neil Mangan; his friends, Jim and Pat Stewart; and his caregivers, Jim and Celeste Johnson. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and close family friends.
In lieu of flowers the family is asking for donations to be made to Greene Giving ℅ J.A.D.E 94 West Second St. Xenia, Ohio 45385 to help meet the needs of families in Greene County.
