He is survived by: his sons, Joshua Hougland (Nikki) of Martinsville and Aaron Hougland of Cedarville; his grandchildren, Gracie, Max, Ellie, Caleb, Ben and Isaac; his sister Pam Basye of Pike County; and his niece Connie Howell of Pike County. He is also survived by several extended family members and friends; and all his friends.
