Jean S. Hartsock Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jean S. Hartsock of Jamestown, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 9, 2025 at the age of 93. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jean S. Hartsock to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Stingley and Reba Stingley (Kinnamon); her husband Joseph W. Hartsock; and her siblings, Raymond Stingley, Jr., Ruth Kohlmorgan and Dorothy Horney.
She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Bittner (Ross) of Cincinnati, Jane Clemans (Gary) of Cedarville, John Hartsock (Kim) of Enon and Joann Garrett (Bill) of Upper Arlington; her sisters, Janet Huffman of Xenia, Barbara Davis of Wilmington and Betty Wall of Wilmington; her sister-in-law Helen Ellison of Wilmington; her grandchildren, Amanda Donley (Ben), Adam Bittner (Amy), Erin Conte (Kevin), Ed Bittner (Emma), Zach Watts (Shelly), Devin Hartsock, Mackenzie Hartsock, Sarah Huntley and Sean Garrett; her great grandchildren, Olyvia, Van, Lola, Wyatt, Reid, Easton, Theo, Ellie, Emelia, Hannah and Bodhi; and her significant other Joe. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the McColaugh Funeral Home (826 N Detroit St, Xenia, OH 45385). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
