We are sad to announce that on November 28, 2019, at the age of 92, Helen E. Gerard (Jamestown, Ohio), born in Wilmington, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Gillam and Grace Ethel Gillam (Lamb); her siblings, Lois Hanson and Wilford "Doc" Gillam; her son Alan Gerard; and her husband Herman Gerard.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kimberly Steele of Logansport and Lynn Willis (Woody) of Xenia; her granddaughter Emily Steele (Kevin Allen); and her great grandchild Julia Allen of South Bend, Indiana..
Due to her love of animals, in lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Humane Society, or the Alzheimer's Association or to Hospice of Dayton.
