We are sad to announce that on February 18, 2019 we had to say goodbye to Hannah Worthington (Jamestown, Ohio), born in Zanesville, Ohio. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her grandfathers, Charles Warne and Dale Weaver. She is survived by: her son Devin James Worthington Jr. Hannah (Bubby); her husband Devin Worthington Sr.; her parents, Audrey McAfee (Judy Beth Warne) of Marion and Dale McAfee Jr. of Cambridge; her mother-in-law Jodi Worthington of Lebanon; her grandmothers, Jean Weaver of Jamestown, Barbara Warne of Cambridge and Linda Albert of Mt. Vernon; her sister Haley McAfee of Marion; her half-brother Maddox McAfee of Barnsville; her aunts, Karen, Sylvia and Carina; her grandfather Dale McAfee Sr.; and her great-grandparents, Shelby and Francis Miller. She is also survived by numerous other Aunts, Uncles, Cousins.

In lieu of flowers a Memorial Fund is being set up for her son.
