He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd E. Harper and Mildred Harper (Evans); his daughter Kimberly Harper; and his siblings, Nedra Whittington, Shirley Harper, Juanita Espich, Alameda Pickens, Floyd Harper and Charles Harper.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Harper (Luttrell); his sons, Ed Harper (Robin) of Jamestown and Greg Harper (Pam) of Jamestown; his grandchildren, Erin Ledford (Matt), Eric Harper (Jessica), Derek Harper, Britanie Rife (Danny), Amber and Ryan Harper; and his great grandchildren, Levi, Branten, Gracie, Deagen, Jack, Cade, Brooks, Kalan, Noah and Quincy. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
