He is survived by: his brother Richard Schornak (Carolyn) of Urbana; and his children, Donald, Jr. (Karen) of Cincinnati, Thomas (Cheryl) of Cincinnati, Daniel (April) of Fairborn, Timothy (Mary Ann) of Jamestown, Kathleen Wooldridge (Samuel) of Robstown, TX, Robert (Michelle) of Murray, KY, Mary Rose, Howell of Xenia and Bennett (Mindy) of Cheyenne, WY.
