Lowe of Jamestown, Ohio, born in Dayton, Ohio, who passed away on September 1, 2022, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald L. Lowe and Mary Lowe (Dietz); his son Donald Carr Lowe; and his sisters, Donna Lowe and Patty Newsome.

He is survived by: his wife Joyce (Lewis); his daughter Elizabeth Whitman (Thomas); and his sisters, Mary Brady (Lee) and Faith Patrick (Rick).
