It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Betty Louise Carter of Jamestown, Ohio, who passed away on June 23, 2020, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Pyles and Nora Alice Pyles (Grooms); her son Paul Carter; her brother Bob; her sister-in-law Beatrice Pyles; and her granddaughter Chiquita Carter.
She is survived by: her husband Billy Carter; her children, David Carter (Janet), Barbara Carter and Nancy Carter; and her grandchildren, Gene Rader, Luther Carter (Gina), John Rader, Angie Maki (Ed), Paul Carter (Mia), Daniel Rader (Brandy), Elaine Scott (Jason), Jimmie Bledsole II, Amanda Bledsole, Keith Carter (Sara) and Janae Kipp (Clayton). She is also survived by 36 great grandchildren and 14 great great grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
