It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William West of Jacobsburg, Ohio, born in Bellaire, Ohio, who passed away on December 17, 2021, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James D. West and Naomi E. Glazeski West. He is survived by: his wife Pamela C. Longwell West; his children, Charity Long (Kevin Wilcoxen) of Martins Ferry, Allan Swegard (Jamie) of Powhatan Point, Matthew Swegard (Ellen) of Shadyside and Naomi Stokes (Donald) of Jacobsburg; his sister Linda Zetty of Shadyside, Ohio.; and his grandchildren, Kallie, Nathan, Elijah, Abigail, Zoey, Josey, Elizabeth, Sophie, Donald "Bubba", Dwayne and Landon.
