He was predeceased by: his parents, James Wesley Williams and Christina Louise Briggs Williams; his former wife Janie West Williams; his children, Deborah Williams and William John Williams Jr.; his sister Sue Blinco; his nephew Roger Blinco Jr.; and his grandson Caleb Heath.
He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Kay Love Williams; his children, Karina Heath (Don), Billie Williams and David Williams; and his grandchildren, Donnie, Daniel, Dustin Heath, Zachary, Wesley Clary, Gracelyn and David Williams Jr..
Visitation was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Toothman Funeral Home (49484 Jacobsburg Key Rd, Jacobsburg, OH 43933). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
