He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Baker and Evelyn Baker (Dunlap); and his brothers-in-law, John Albert Pierson, Jr., E. Kennon Pierson and David Boyce.
He is survived by: his wife Beth Ann Baker (Pierson) of Clarington; his children, Samantha Baker of Burleson, Mary Lucy Baker Brown of Crowley and Brad Allan Baker (Jessica) of Brighton, Colorado.; his grandchildren, Justine Rebbeca Brown of Crowley, Elle Ann Wahynemah Baker of Crowley, Jazamine Amelia Nikole Brown of Crowley, Taylor Nicole Baker of Brighton, Clifford Samuel Brown of Crowley, Ashlynn Jo-Ann Baker of Brighton, Gabrielle Allana Baker of Brighton and Samuel David Baker of Brighton, Colorado.; and his siblings, Joyce McNear (Larry) of Powhatan Point, Constance Boyce (Connie) of Fairmont, James Baker (Sharon) of Jacobsburg and Charles Baker (Candy) of Hannibal, Ohio.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
